IC700 TEA1039 pin 9 leaky to pin 7, R705 3k3 0.5W fusible (RRXZ0242BMZZ), also check D705 1N4148 and Q701 BC635

won't come on from stby when remote is used, green and red LEDs flash. But it would come on Ok when mains switch is used.
